Heritage Pool House

Just as the Heritage Club's Territorial Ranch style architecture pays tribute to farmhouses of days past, the Heritage Pool House is representative of a traditional family barn and swimming pond. Historically, barns were an integral part of the family farm-serving as a home for animals, a storage area for equipment and as a place where kids could run and play. The Heritage Pool House combines the inviting wide-open spaces and warm, natural materials of the barn with modern conveniences, such as wireless Internet access inside and out, and two swimming pools, to create a welcoming gathering place with something for everyone to enjoy.

Located adjacent to Marley Park's Heritage Club, on over two acres of land, the Heritage Pool House is designed to extend the inner comforts of home outside. At the Heritage Pool House, Marley Park residents will have the opportunity to enjoy swimming, playing and relaxing in fresh air year-round. Inside the Heritage Pool House residents are welcomed into a large open-air breezeway and a multi-purpose room that can be utilized for parties, meetings and events. Outside, residents can enjoy two pools, a recreational play pool and a lap pool, as well as several ramadas, a barbeque area and a large grassy area perfect for playing games and picnicking. Whether it's visiting by the fireplace, lounging with a good book, or celebrating a special event, at the Heritage Pool House, residents will feel right at home.
