An Invitation to Come Out and Play
With approximately 140 acres
of land designated for numerous neighborhood parks, your home at Marley
Park will extend beyond your front door. Fifteen uniquely themed parks are planned within Phases I and II, each with its own character and charm, wide-open green spaces, open play areas, covered picnic areas,
flower gardens and shade trees, offering neighbors a beautiful and natural
setting to meet, play, relax, explore, learn and feel at home.
Heritage Park, the 25-acre park centrally located between Marley Park Elementary School and the Heritage Club, includes adventure play areas, lighted baseball and soccer fields, a community rose garden, and an open-air amphitheater that can accommodate up to 1,600 guests.
The Marley Park Community Life Team hosts events at neighborhood parks allowing residents to explore each park in the community.
- On Arbor Day in April, all of the students from Marley Park Elementary School have an opportunity to participate in a walking field trip along the community’s Arbor Walk, the pedestrian-friendly planned trail system within the community. “Every student receives a guide that teachers can use to familiarize the students with the plants along the trails,” Kelsea Vescova, community life manager says. Next year, Arbor Day will be part of a larger Founders’ Day celebration to honor the community’s first residents and civic partners.
