The city of Surprise, AZ covers 76 square miles. The city will eventually cover 300 square miles extending the cities borders to Wickenburg and Buckeye.

It's expected that by 2020 forty percent of the people living in the Valley will live west of the Loop 101.

The Loop 303 will gradually be widened to six lanes as the city of Surprise, Arizona and the West Valley continue to grow.

Coyote Lakes Golf Club is located just eight miles from Marley Park and will serve as host to the 2006 Four Paws Golf Classic.

Super Bowl XLII will take place at Cardinals Stadium in 2008. Cardinals Stadium is located just off the 101 Freeway and Glendale Avenue; just minutes from the city of Surprise, Arizona.

Crestone retail center is currently being built on the corner of Bell Road and Bullard Road. Once the center is complete it will have 104,000 square feet of retail space at street level, and the three upper levels will be for residential units.

The Desert Glen shopping center will be home to many retail businesses including Kohl's, Henry's Marketplace, Cold Stone Creamery and more.

Loews Cineplex in currently under construction and is expected to be complete by the end of 2006. Once finished, the Cineplex will have 20 screens and 4,000 seats.
