The Story of Marley Park
Like much of Arizona, the City of Surprise has a rich agricultural history. Following in that same tradition, Marley Park, once home to cotton fields and rose gardens, will produce growth of its own – a community that celebrates the spirit of neighborhood. Parks, sidewalks, tree-lined streets and diverse architectural styles provide a welcoming atmosphere that encourages community, while the neighbors of Marley Park come together to create it.
Marley Park welcomed its first residents in 2005 and was thoughtfully organized to provide residents a liveable, walkable community that invited engagement. At just more than 950 acres, Marley Park is envisioned to be a community of distinct places that embraces possibilities, sparks neighborly involvement and provides ample opportunities for residents to create their fondest memories.
